The Cape Town edition... Welcome to my ramblings, if you care to read on, you will sooon find that this is mostly an attempt to record the things I'd want to remember one day but probably wouldn't. This of course is due to my absolutely rubbish memory.

Before my time

While I was looking for that poem yesterday I stumbled upon some poems by a man named Spike Milligan, his name sounded familiar but I had no idea who he is. Upon further research, I found out that he is one of the funniest poets to ever walk this earth (he did alot more than just write poetry though)

Bump

Things that go 'bump' in the night
Should not really give one a fright.
It's the hole in each ear
That lets in the fear,
That, and the absence of light!

Spike Milligan

Nameless

It is every little girl's dream
to beThe fairy on a Christmas tree.
A wand in her hand,
A smile on her face.
And a tree in a most peculiar place.

Spike Milligan
