Sick Again

I hate being Sick, I think there are two types of people in this world (ok there are way more, but when it comes to being sick), those that can handle being sick, and those that cant. I'm somewhere ib the middle, so I guess that makes three types then, I HATE BEING SICK!!!!!

It just brings you down, way more than other things, a bad paycheck? fine go and drink away the rest just to spite your employer and prove that you dont need their money anyways (not really that clever).

So last week I feel it creeping up on me, if waking up with a sore throat and severe dose of bad mood means being sneaked upon, then I was sneaked upon. Thursday night I cant swallow, or more like I haveto swallow to stop my throat from hurting, but swallowing only soothes it for about 2 milliseconds before it hurts again, wake up friday morning and feel even worse, that of course after going out for drinks the night before (very clever), so friday night I go out for more drinks, just to prove to myself how stupid and stubborn I really am, wake up saturday morning and I know I'm sick, coughing, nose running, throat still hurting, and im feeling like the tissue I blow my nose into.

I got to spend the whole weekend in bed, playing xbox, reading, watching movies and feeling sorry for myself while the sun baked outside. Wake up this morning, and I'm still sick, but the life of a temp doesnt allow you to be sick, being sick means you dont get paid, so money grabbing shylocke (I watched merchant of venice on the weekend) that I am, I come to work and spread my germs to all those around me!

Sidenote: Merchant of Venice is really good, really felt sorry for Al, he deserved his revenge, is the moral of the story supposed to be that no one derves revenge? and that revenge is wrong? if so, its a pretty stupid moral, revenge is sweet!!! nah, just kidding, revenge is never sweet.
